Fees

The consultation fee must be made prior to your consultation. We accept payments by credit card, PayPal or direct transfer from your nominated bank account.

Gogozing Migration has the right to refrain you from attending an Appointment in case payment has not been made and/or successfully approved/confirmed.

Always make sure that you attend your consultation on time as you may not receive the full allocated time with our Registered Migration Agent.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

In the event that you are unable to attend a premium consultation that has been confirmed, you may, at no extra cost, reschedule by sending us an email through info@gogozingmigration.com provided that you have notified us of your inability to attend at least 24 hours prior to the start of the consultation.

Cancellation

Gogozing Migration will make all reasonable efforts to provide you with a full refund(service fee not included) of consultation fees paid, should your appointment be canceled.

All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days following Gogozing Migration’s approval of your request/claim for a refund. This does not include the service fee which is 2% ($5 for $250 consultation)

Cancellations made within 24hrs of the booked consultation will not be refundable

No Show

If you fail to attend your appointment with our Registered Migration Agent and did not notify us 24 hours after your scheduled appointment, the consultation fee will not be refunded and you must re-schedule your appointment by paying the consultation fee again.

Registered Migration Agent Unavailable

If the Registered Migration Agent is not available on the day of the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional charge or schedule with the next available consultant on the same day. You may also request a refund by sending us an email through info@gogozingmigration.com

Australian Consumer Law

These terms are to be read subject to any legislation which prohibits or restricts the exclusion, restriction or modification of any implied warranties, conditions or obligations including where you are a consumer, that guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded to the extent it applies to you.

If such legislation applies, to the extent possible and to the extent allowed by the Australian Consumer Law, we limit our liability in respect of any claim to, at our option, the supply of the services again, or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Keep in mind that this is the law on which our policies are based on. We may choose to terminate your right to the use of our services immediately if you have breached these terms in any way.
